Fourteen people in the northern Bahamas are among a group nominated for the 50 Under 40 Awards.
ZNS reporter Azure Quant is one of the young people being recognized. She told ZNS News, “well I’m not only under 40 but I’m also under 30 and it feels so good to be nominated at such a young age particularly at the beginning of my career. And so it just stands as a testament to the work that I’ve been doing not only at ZNS but also in the community. And so I just want to thank the organizers for nominating for this prestigious award.”
