The Scout Association of The Bahamas at a press conference on Monday, March 5, announced that Commonwealth Day takes place March 12, 2018, and scouts of The Bahamas and other Caribbean nations are making plans for the upcoming ‘Fly a Flag for the Commonwealth’ festivities. The celebration theme this year explores how the Commonwealth of Nations can address global challenges through sustainability, safety, prosperity, and fairness, and work to create a better future for all citizens.
