It’s Violin Time Again for Junior High Students in National Arts Festival

Five junior high school students showed their prowess on the violin during the E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival New Providence adjudications at the Dundas Centre for the Performing Arts on March 12, 2019.  From Queen’s College were Jordan Gibson, Angel Beneby and Fendi Capron, while St. Anne’s School’s Brianna Pratt and St. Andrew’s International School’s Jade McVean rounded out the class.  Over the next two weeks, over 1100 entrants in New Providence are expected to take part in dance, drama, voice, playing musical instruments and the arts and craft.  The Dundas Centre is the venue for dance, musical instruments and drama, while the Holy Trinity Church Activities Centre, in Stapledon Gardens, is the venue for vocal performances.  All events are free and open to the public.
