The Tigers of LSU built an early lead and never looked back as they won the Bimini Division title over the Tigers of Memphis. LSU was led by tournament MVP Khayla Pointer with 17 points on 8-11 shooting and 3 assists. Memphis’s leading scorer was Jamirah Shutes scoring 14 in the game.
 
LSU started quick taking a 27-15 lead after the 1st quarter. LSU’s offense continued to roll in the 2nd quarter as the inside-out duo of Faustine Aifuwa and Khayla Pointer would prove to be too much for Memphis as they combine for 28 points on 14 of 17 shooting in the half. The Tigers of LSU would take a 50-26 lead into halftime. LSU would steadily grow their lead to as much as 33 points and would ultimately win, 89-58.
