Communications Director in the Office of the Prime Minister, Latrae Rahming revealed new technology to be used in the crime fight while speaking to members of the media from the scene of a homicide that occurred in the neighbourhood where he resides on Saturday.
Rahming said, “we going to expand the further utilization of CCTV this month. The government is going to be collaborating with SSI, which is a security company. And we’re going to expand their reach of surveillance video throughout the country. And so we’re going to expand the utilization of technology to ensure the our Royal Bahamas Police Force have the resources they need to participate in this fight.”
