Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, the Hon. Chester Cooper attended and addressed the 2024 Bahamas Business and Investment Forum hosted by the Bahamas Embassy in Washington D.C.

During his presentation Cooper told attendees, “we are positioning The Bahamas as a destination where businesses can bring their employees to headquarter, to live, to work, either permanently or on a rotation basis.  It is a beautiful country of reference with strong infrastructure that we continually upgrade and we’re making incredible strides with enhancing the quality of life, making The Bahamas a perfect destination to visit, to work and to play.”

Cooper added, “The Bahamas has never been a more attractive place.”

The forum was held at the University Club in Washington D.C. under the theme, ‘Rediscovering The Bahamas: Its Potential and Investment Opportunities’.
