Gaming Houses will be allowed to open on Tuesday.

However, such businesses must adhere to physical distancing and sanitation protocols.

“Amendments to existing exempted businesses, the effect of which is to further reopen our economy,” the prime minster said in the House of Assembly on Thursday.

The reopening comes on the heels of Island Game and Paradise Games filing a lawsuit against both the attorney general and the prime minister in relation to the Emergency Orders.
