The Minister of Housing and Urban Renewal, the Hon. Keith Bell foreshadowed the construction of new homes in the Renaissance At Carmichael Subdivision.

Bell recently told ZNS News, “you can anticipate a key presentation by the end of January, early February we’re going to be handing over 25 plus homes on that day.  When you come in the back there you’re gonna see an even greater transformation because we have started the rent-to-own complexes as well.  And so when we go in the back there, God spare life, early next year you’re gonna see why the Progressive Liberal Party is the government of choice in delivering homes.”

Homeowners received keys to homes in Renaissance At Carmichael earlier this year.
