An employee at the Baha Mar Resort was stabbed at the establishment on Monday morning.   The female victim was taken to hospital. Baha Mar Senior Vice President, Robert Sands told ZNS News, “I can confirm that an incident happened on property this morning.  It is now a police matter who have taken control of this particular case.  We also extend our sincerest concerns and sympathy to the victim and those affected by this incident.” This incident is apparently a case of domestic violence.  Chaplain of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force and Senior Pastor of Living Waters Kingdom Ministries, Apostle Raymond Wells spoke to reporters on the issue of domestic violence in the country.  He said, “it’s quite obvious that we have strayed away from the foundation and the principals of the faith.  And it’s time for us to get back to the principles and the faith that we build upon.” A suspect is in police custody in connection with this incident.
