Kenrick Hanna is accused of the murder of Monet Darville which occurred in September 2019. Hanna was granted bail two months after the incident and was being monitored by ankle bracelet before his disappearance. Hanna is presently still at large.
Darville’s cousin, Owen Rolle says that family stills hopes that Kenrick Hanna will be found. He also indicated that he is receiving information about the accused saying, “the latest thing that I would have gotten, just a few days ago, is that he has been seen at a popular night club in Nassau actually. I’ve also been in contact with several people that would have spoken to him. He made himself available to them and reached out to them and let them know his location which I think he did intentionally to throw off people.” Rolle also noted that the family has received no solid information, particularly from authorities.
Police Press Officer, Assistant Superintendent of Police Stephen Rolle provided an update on the search. “He was flagged to Interpol and at press time he has still not been located and is still at large.” Rolle appealed to anyone with information on Hanna’s whereabouts to contact police.
