The President of the Republic of Botswana led a delegation of government officials to The Bahamas last week for a state visit. While in town President Mokgweetsi Masisi spoke about his brand of leadership.
He said, “I believe, very deeply, that one of the fundamental responsibilities and attributes to display as a leader is your capacity to pass on the best you have. And that come about from selflessness and sharing you know are able to do that’s one important aspect. And a very important attribute that I demand of my leadership is for them to be open minded and learning, admit, accept you do not know many thing as I do not know. And so I look to keep talent on tap always and their job is to keep talent on tap.”
