On Saturday, May 3 2025, the Division of Cultural Affairs hosted its inaugural All Things Bahamian Pop-up Market, “Culture & Vibez” in Downtown Freeport. Local vendors and artisans showcased a wide array of uniquely Bahamian products, including shell jewellery, handmade straw goods, carvings, clothing, souvenirs, and more. Events like this have a positive impact on the community by providing vendors and artisans with opportunities to showcase their crafts, generate income, and offer both tourists and locals a chance to immerse themselves in Bahamian culture.
