Over 30 officers and personnel of the Bahamas Customs & Excise Department enrolled in an eight-week Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Training programme. The Level 2 Leadership programme officially got underway September 15, 2026 at the Bahamas Customs head office and comprised officers and agents of various areas and ranks. Programme leaders: Brian Rahming – PSG Trainer/Assessor; Jaydian Miller – PSG Trainer/Assessor; Pamela Gomez – Managing Director, PSG Training and Consulting Services; Andre Thurston – Asst. Comptroller, Bahamas Customs and Excise Department; Larry Bodie, Asst. Comptroller, Bahamas Customs and Excise Department; Jennifer Smith, Internal Verifier at PSG Training and Consulting Services.
