Three students from the Rev. Euthal Rodgers Primary School participated in the Andros and Berry Island District Spelling Bee Competition.
Malik Forbes emerged the winner of the competition. The awards were presented by Member of Parliament for Central and South Andros and Mangrove Cay, the Hon. Leon Lundy. Speaking on the sidelines of the presentation ceremony, Forbes said, “this makes me feel good. I know when this all is finished I know I will have too spell more words so I can represent South Andros in the nationals and come first in that.”
