Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for the Rosewood Exuma Project

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Rosewood Exuma Project on Sampson Cay on Thursday, September 4, 2025. The Yntegra Group is undertaking the $200 million project. Prime Minister and Minister of Finance the Hon. Phillip Davis and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation the Hon. Chester Cooper brought remarks at the ceremony.  Also in attendance were the Minister of Works and Family Island Affairs, the Hon. Clay Sweeting; Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Senator the Hon. Ryan Pinder; Head, Yntegra Group, Felipe MacLean and other Government Officials.
