A man, who was recently released from prison, is dead after being shot on Eden Street and Foster Road in Chippingham over the weekend. He was one of two males on a moped that pulled up to a business when they were shot at by a man who exited a light colored van. The other male victim escaped and is assisting police with their investigations.
