As part of Ministry for Grand Bahama’s week-long WelComing Home celebrations leading up to the country’s 53rd Anniversary of Independence, dozens of Grand Bahama residents participated in the Grand Road Race on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The event began at 6:00am at the Harold DeGregory Complex, bringing together participants of all ages who ran, walked and cycled their way to the finish line.
