PM Davis takes part in Toronto Consulate General Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Event co-patron, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance the Hon. Philip Davis takes part in the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at the Opening of the Consulate General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in Toronto, Canada, on April 15, 2023.  Among those taking part in the opening events were co-patron and Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Public Service the Hon. Fred Mitchell; Parliamentary Secretary of Tourism, Investments and Aviation (MOTIA) John Pinder; Bahamas High Commissioner to Canada (Ottawa) His Excellency V. Alfred Gray; and other government officials and stakeholders.  Consulate General, Toronto, is headed by Consul General Al Dillette; and is located in the Yonge Eglinton Center, on 2300 Yonge Street.  Its coverage will extend to the Canadian Providence of Ontario, Québec City, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Halifax, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
