Danny Lowe continues to prove himself a trailblazer in Bahamian real estate, partnering with California-based brokerage, The Agency, to open a new office in The Bahamas.

Already regarded as a high-flyer in the local real estate market, Danny Lowe is taking his career to new heights as he partners with global brokerage, The Agency, to open its newest locale, its first in The Bahamas.

A real estate broker who has shot to the top in a hot and highly competitive Bahamian luxury property market announced today he is opening his own firm, a franchise of the Los Angeles-based boutique brand called The Agency.

“We are very excited to bring The Agency to The Bahamas, drawing on its resources, marketing and branding that will open the eyes of so many to the beauty and lifestyle of The Bahamas,” said Danny Lowe, who just months ago was named top producer at the firm where he started his career.

Lowe has more than one reason to be excited.

He’s opening the new office with $60+ million in listings – including two villas located on the world-famous pink sand beach of Harbour Island.

Called La Palmeraie One and La Palmeraie Two, the villas each feature nine bedrooms and enough amenities to lure a luxury short-term rental market to whom the promise of vacation perfection trumps price.

“These are arguably some of Harbour Island’s finest beachfront villas with features inclusive of a Sonos sound system, private movie theater, saunas, and massage rooms, a gym and other incredible workmanship throughout,” says Lowe.

“The owner of the villas recognizes the strength of the brand and wants a company such as The Agency to represent his listings. We have the tools necessary to promote properties to a global audience,” said Lowe.

Founded and based in Beverly Hills, California, The Agency has 60+ offices worldwide. world. The brokerage’s third Carribean location is the new Bahamas office following Turks & Caicos and the Cayman Islands.

“We’re delighted to continue The Agency’s expansion throughout the Caribbean and partner with Danny Lowe on our new outpost in The Bahamas,” said Mauricio Umansky, CEO, and founder of The Agency.

“Danny is an accomplished leader with an amazing track record and reputation. I know he will be an incredible steward for The Agency brand as he ushers in our boutique approach to business and a new era of luxury real estate to the region.”

Lowe said he is excited to introduce The Bahamas to the “tech-driven” brokerage that benefits from a global collaborative approach.

“Having built an unmatched global following, The Agency is revolutionizing real estate and connecting global markets with its modern, collaborative approach to the business,” said Lowe.

“The Agency Bahamas will elevate the service offered to clients and provide cutting-edge solutions to buyers and sellers across the islands, from New Providence and Paradise Island to Eleuthera, The Exumas, and beyond.”

Lowe added that the benefit of being connected to offices across the globe is unparalleled.

“The Agency has offices based in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean that are all genuinely interconnected,” he said. “So, it’s a global sales and marketing company. So instead of looking at it as having one person marketing your property, you have a global entity marketing your property.”

The youngest real estate broker in The Bahamas, Lowe entered the industry in 2016 and quickly moved up the ranks. He was recognized as the top producer at his previous firm in 2021 and also ranked among the top three percent ofreal estate agents globally with the previous franchise. Lowe led the sale of a local estate priced at over $10 million and has appeared on HGTV’s Bahamas Life.

Lowe’s in-depth market expertise ranges from ultra-modern condos to luxury estate homes in Nassau and the family islands, inclusive of new development sites and private islands.

The Agency is one of the fastest-growing luxury boutique brokerages in the world. The Agency’s independent-owned brokerages are referred to and integrated as true global partners. Every managing partner, from both corporate or independently-owned offices, operates cohesively as one true global network. Rather than just using the brand likeness in their marketing, The Agency’s global partners enjoy the same access to leadership, marketing, public relations training, tools, and technology as The Agency’s corporate offices.

In the past 12 months, The Agency has opened independently-owned offices in Amsterdam, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Muskoka, Brantford, Naples, Florida, Birmingham, Michigan, Seattle, Washington, Miami, Florida, North Atlanta, Georgia, Austin, Texas, Grand Cayman, Frederick, Maryland, and now The Bahamas.

“Our new franchise in The Bahamas is a true testament to the supreme interest and demand we’re experiencing throughout the Caribbean for a brand like The Agency,” said Jim Ramsay, executive vice president of franchise sales at The Agency. “We’re excited to partner with Danny Lowe on this new endeavor as we continue to showcase the power of The Agency brand across the region.”
