A 35-year-old woman is on remand at the Bahamas Department of Corrections after pleading not guilty to a litany of charges.
Grants Ana Subdivision resident, Laderia Russell on Monday appeared before chief magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt who read the first 40 of 160 counts of possession of a forged document, more specifically a negative covid-19 RT-PCR test from Doctor’s Hospital.
Those 40 counts stretching back to Wednesday, November 25th, 2020. Russell, who was represented by attorneys Ian Cargill and Wendawn Miller-Fraser, maintained her innocence.
She’s due back in court on Tuesday.
