The Xanadu Beach Hotel in Freeport, Grand Bahama has been up for sale for some time without attracting a buyer. Property owner Mario Donato gave ZNS News an update on the sale process.
He said, “everybody comes, they look and they see and then they want to give me couple dollar and the place is fully paid, don’t owe nothing to nobody.”
The 21 acre property is on sale for approximately $30 million after a $20 million price drop. The property includes a hotel, marina, villas and beach access.
