A man was shot and killed in Dundas Town, Abaco on Tuesday evening. It is the first murder recorded on the island for 2024.
Police Press Liaison Officer, Superintendent Stephen Rolle gave details of the incident. He said, “the victim was clad in a black hooded sweater with a blue and green short pants and a lime green pair of crocs. The identity of the man is being withheld until an official ID can be done.”
Two men have been taken into custody in connection with the incident.
Superintendent Rolle made an appeal to the public for information of anyone in possession of an illegal firearm to contact the police.
