The Church of God of Prophesy of The Bahamas is hosting a leadership convention on the island of Grand Bahama at the Grand Lucayan Hotel.
Minister for Grand Bahama, the Hon. Ginger Moxey was in attendance at the opening session on Wednesday and addressed attendees. She said, “your 820 churches ministering to the people of God in twenty four countries in the Caribbean alone speaks powerfully to the relevance of your message, the growth of your organization and your success in the vineyard as you go into all the world to spread the good news unto salvation. In short these numbers speak to the strength of your leadership team.”
General Presbyter Bishop Dr. Clayton Moxey also spoke to congregants. “Tonight we celebrate the goodness and the greatness of Almighty God. Truly my heart rejoice that once again we can surface in this great fellowship from across the length and breath of the Caribbean. And I want to say thank you for coming as we embark on the theme, ‘Come Journey With Jesus’,” he said.
The gathering is expected to last three day ending on Saturday.
