Prime Minister and Leader of the Progressive Liberal Party (PLP), the Hon. Philip Davis was asked about the possible return of former Prime Minister and Member of Parliament for Killarney, the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis while on a tour of Bay Street this week.
Former parliamentarian Branville McCartney recently opined that Dr. Minnis deserved another chance at governing the country.
Davis responded by saying, “that’s his view and I don’t trouble people about their views about anything. What I say to them, look at what I’ve inherited when I came into office. I inherited a national crisis. I inherited a health crisis, and of course, I inherited the whole high cost of living crisis and we’re dealing with all of them. And I know they are baffled and confused by how we could have the successes that we’ve been having because of what we’ve done to help the least amongst us.”
The Prime Minister listed some of his administration’s accomplishments and said that he’s not going to get into their business.
