Grand Bahama Health Services held a mini dental health and screening fair for children over the weekend.

ZNS News covered the event and spoke to Clinical Director of Dentistry at Grand Bahama Health Services, Dr. Catherine Adderley who said, “this is actually the first time we’ve had all the dental practitioners on the entire island, public and private, come together in a great partnership to help the kids. For our first effort, we saw well over a hundred kids today. They were really excited. They were really engaged. The parents were really excited and engaged to come out. They got check ups, dental screenings to access for any problems. They got a lot of oral education, giveaways and tools that they can use to keep their kids healthy for life.”
