Deputy Prime Minister Cooper conducted an assessment in Ragged Island

On his recent trip to Duncan Town, Ragged Island (December 10), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation the Hon. Chester Cooper conducted an assessment of the nurses clinic, water supply system plant and the Ragged Island Multi Purpose Centre comprising all-age school, hurricane shelter & teachers residence.  The Deputy Prime Minister also visited the Royal Bahamas Defence Force at H.M.B.S. Gunn Point, accompanied by Mrs. Cecilia Cooper, spouse of the Deputy Prime Minister.  Also participating in the assessment were: Bacchus Rolle, Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Works and Utilites; Leonardo Lightbourne, Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Marine Resources and Family Island Affairs; Senator the Hon. Randy Rolle, Consultant, MOTIA; Niko Davis, Senior Supt. Family Island Airports, Neil Campbell, Ragged Island Administrator; and other officials.
