The Department of Gender and Family Affairs held a symposium focused on economic empowerment.

Minister of State for Social Services and Urban Development, the Hon. Lisa Rahming described the aim event. “We’re going to teach them how to save, how to invest, how to feel hope to know that they to can become even their own employers, be their own employers. And so, I said that to say, we’re also encouraging them not only to invest in real estate but we know there is much about housing. So we’re teaching them about, you know, even investing in duplexes and triplexes which is income sufficient properties.”
