NASSAU, The Bahamas — December 3 is International Day for Persons with Disabilities. To launch Disability Awareness Week, members of the community with disabilities, their families and friends participated in a Walk and Motorcade on Saturday morning, starting at Stapledon School. They also attended a Church Service at Living Waters Kingdom Ministries, Oakes Field, addressed by Minister of Social Services and Urban Development the Hon. Obie Wilchcombe, on Sunday morning.
