
Governor-General, His Excellency the Most Hon. Cornelius A. Smith receives a copy of the premier edition of the National Anthology of Short Stories, during a courtesy call by stakeholders and contributing authors and family members, on December 20, 2022. Among those in attendance from the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture were Montez Williams, Under Secretary; Dereka Deleveaux-Grant, Director of Culture (Acting); and Portia Sands, Assistant Director of Culture. Contributing authors present were Aaliyah Rolle, Aalysha Rolle, Faith Knowles, Tracy Johnson, police officer Jermaine Rolle, Senior Information Officer at Bahamas Information Services Eric Rose, and Beverley Turnquest — who is also the publisher with Quill Ink Parchment.
