Minister of National Security, the Hon. Wayne Munroe responded to opposition criticism of Bahamian Scientist Aisha Bowe on Wednesday. Bowe took part in the process of getting the SpaceX Falcon 9 landings in The Bahamas.
Speaking to reporters outside of the House Of Assembly Munroe said,” the booster landing as was indicated there was a study before it, there were the people there during it and there’s the study after it. The Bahamas should be comforted that this is all being done by Bahamians. And as I said in the House I’m very impressed by Ms. Bowe. She hails from Exuma, her Grandfather is from Exuma, her line is from Exuma. Are we really thinking that she’s going to endanger Exuma in not giving sensible advice?
The first booster landing took place on February 18th
