On Friday 7th January 2022, at 10:00am defendant Marcus Bailey age 44 yrs of Williams Town, appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Debby Ferguson in Freeport Magistrate court #1 on the following:
1 count of Attempted Murder, he was not required to enter a plea, bail was denied and he was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until 8th April 2022.
2 counts of Possession of an unlicensed firearm with intent by means thereof to endanger life , (1) count of Possession of Ammunition, (1) Count of Possession of an unlicensed firearm, (1) Count of Causing Damage. He pleaded not guilty to charges and bail was denied. He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correction until 8th April 2022.
