Shaquille Burrows was arraigned in the Magistrate’s Court Monday on charges of attempted murder, possession of an illegal firearm and causing damage.
Particulars are that on April 2nd, Burrows, intentionally and unlawfully threatened the life of Horatio Higgs and Craig Collie.
On that same date, April 2nd, Burrows, said to be armed with an illegal firearm, namely a .9m pistol, threatened and endangered the life of Perez Richardson.
Burrows was also charged with intentionally and unlawfully causing damage to a burgundy cube, licensed plate number, at6790, registered to Bonique Collie.
Burrows was not required to enter a plea and a voluntary bill of indictment has been issued.
Burrows was remanded to prison and is due back in court on July 7th at noon.
In a separate incident, Jason Lamm, was also charged with the murder of Antonio Russell at Bernard Road. The incident happened back on March 3rd.
Lamm was not required to enter a plea and a voluntary bill of indictment will be served.
Lamm will return to court on June 29th.
