Police continue investigations into the country’s latest homicide. Authorities say the victim was sitting in a yard on Peardale Road around seven o’clock Wednesday evening when a gunman approached him and opened fire in the victim’s direction. According to police, the victim attempted to run, but was struck several times in the back, who fled the scene in an unknown direction. Authorities have confirmed the wounded man died in hospital. An intense investigation is underway.
