The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture (MYSC) marked its third week of the Fresh Start Programme 2026 Spring Session at the Foster B. Pestaina Hall on February 24, 2026. This 16-week programme is designed to equip unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 25 with soft skills training and certification in several trades, including carpentry, information technology (IT), sales, medical, and electrical, all while receiving a stipend. Upon completion, the 25 participants will receive certifications in their respective fields, providing them with the skills and credentials to pursue meaningful employment and long-term career success.
