Nicholas moving erratically Northward just offshore the Southern Coast of Texas.
At 11a.m edt, the center of Tropical Storm Nicholas was located near latitude 26.4° North and longitude 96.8° West or about 45 miles Northeast of the Rio Grande.
Nicholas is moving towards the North near 12 mph/
Maximum sustained winds are near 60 pmh with higher gusts.
