In recognition of Human Rights Day observed by the United Nations, today, December 10th, members of the National Tripartite Council (NTC) presented recommendations for C-190 and C-260 in reference to violence and harassment in the workplace to the Government of The Bahamas.
The council held a press conference at National Training Agency and presented the recommendations to Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Peter Deveaux Isaacs, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. This year’s theme, for the UN’s 75th Anniversary, is ‘Recover Better – Stand up for Human Rights.’
