The Pan-American Health Organization joining its colleagues at the World Health Organization to celebrate World Health Day.
During a live virtual event to mark World Health Day, PAHO Director Dr. Carissa Etienne said there are barriers to health for far too many people in the Americas and called on leaders to make equity the “Force guiding recovery from the pandemic.”
This year’s World Health Day theme is ‘Let’s build a fear and healthier world for everyone’.
