Prime Minister, the Hon. Philip Davis is of the view that the Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA) is not making any progress.
When asked about the status of invoices sent to the GBPA by the government for services rendered in Freeport the Prime Minister told reporters, “I have to ask my Attorney General where we are but we are committed to ensuring that the Grand Bahama promise is lived and fulfilled.”
The Prime Minister further stated, “I don’t feel there’s been any positive progress on the part of the Port Authority.”
