The Minister of State for Housing and Urban Renewal, the Hon. Lisa Rahming visited Red Bays, Andros where they were celebrating its history.
Rahming addressed the crowd saying, “the history is dying out. The 4th generation is there now, what should we do? We can’t allow them all just to go and don’t have it written in stone. And so the next time we should be giving you the invite to come to The Bahamas.”
The Back To Angola Festival was held over the weekend under the theme, ‘Shoulders We Stand On Honoring Angola’s Freedom Seekers’.
