Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and the Pan American Development Foundation hosted their STEM for Oceans Program. Eighty students from schools in The Bahamas took part in the program.
Minister of State for Education and Technical and Vocational Training, the Hon. Zane Lightbourne was in attendance. He said, “a lot of our students interests are in the sciences, in the math, in the technology and engineering and its not only because they are high paying jobs but this is sustainable learning and education for our students. This is the future of learning.”
