The Governor General Pays Respects at the Lie-in-State of the Late Sir Charles Carter

The body of the late Sir Edward Charles Carter, former Cabinet Minister and veteran broadcaster, lay in state at the House of Assembly today.  Governor General His Excellency the Most Hon. Sir Cornelius A. Smith, pictured, paid his respects.
