Representatives of the Bahamas Water & Sewerage Corporation (WSC) participated in a hurricane preparedness expo in the Mall Of Marathon over the weekend.
WSC Revenue Enhancement Manager, Daynell Braynen spoke with ZNS News about a number of public campaigns currently underway at the Corporation. She said, “we now in the process of moving to our digital meters. We’re also offering our reconnect and save campaign where you can come on in…it’s kind of an amnesty period for us whereas we can forgive, sort of, your outstanding balances and try to get you on to our supplies.”
Braynen also advised the public to stop using well water and pumps because WSC is the safest option.
