Administrative staff and teachers, home-bound physically challenged residents, hospitality workers, public transportation workers, employees of Lynden Pindling International Airport, Nassau Airport Development Company, Nassau Cruise Port, the Straw Market, Port and beach vendors, tour operators, and students and athletes studying or competing abroad have been added to the list of eligible persons able to receive the covid-19 vaccine.
The National Covid-19 Vaccine Consultative Committee has announced today this group was added to the list that also includes healthcare workers, persons 60 years and older and the uniformed branches.
These individuals can make covid-19 vaccination appointments to Loyola Hall on Gladstone Road, the Church of God of Prophecy’s east street tabernacle, Kendal Isaacs Gym, Atlantis and Baha Mar resorts for hospitality workers and the Susan J. Wallace community center in Grand Bahama.

For residents who do not have access to the internet, walk-up appointments are available at the church of god of prophecy on east street or call 511.
Details on continued vaccinations on Eleuthera and the vaccine roll-out on Abaco will be announced by the end of the week.
