Founder of Great Commission, Bishop Walter Hanchell appeals for assistance as his organization begins construction on its homeless shelter.
“If everything goes according to plan we anticipate having that facility completed by December 2023. And it can be done, all it takes is for the community to say yes we’ll make it happen. the business community, the government, everybody chipping in, the churches, everybody giving something doing something to make the project a success. I believe it could be done.”
Hanchell aims to build the Hope City Homeless Center at an estimated cost of $3 million.
