The Hon. Alfred Sears, Minister of Works and Utilities leads a delegation in Eleuthera today where he is inspecting various sites including docks, administrative buildings, residences, dilapidated structures and other infrastructure projects.
Minister Sears underscored that the trip is a “priority” and not “ceremonial”.
The delegation includes Water and Sewerage Chairman and Deputy Speaker Sylvanus Petty; Bacchus Rolle, Parliamentary Secretary; Luther Smith, Permanent Secretary; technical officers and senior officials from the Ministry. Minister Sears is also expected to attend a Town Hall Meeting in the evening to discuss plans for the Glass Window Bridge.
