The Ministry of Education and Technical and Vocational Training has signed a memorandum of understanding with Barry University.
Minister of Education and Technical and Vocational Training, the Hon. Glenys Hanna Martin was at the signing event where she spoke about the new agreement. “This agreement, memorandum of understanding that we’re signing with Barry University is very important because its a manifestation of the law. It is a bringing to fruition our philosophical underpinning as a people. Once we begin to extend and build capacity will have tremendous impact on so many young people now, which we have to say, are falling between the cracks. We don’t want our children to fall between the cracks. We want them to have every opportunity humanly possible in our country to development their full potential.”
The agreement is aimed at offering training in special needs.
