PMH apologizes and activates quick response to Social Media Post


The Public Hospitals Authority (PHA) and the Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) wishes to acknowledge that a recent social media post served to highlight an unfortunate incident that occurred within the hospital as a result of ongoing capital works in the Hospital’s Maternity Ward.

The hospital wishes to apologize for the concerns raised regarding the environment pictured in the social media post and is pleased to advise that the corrective works have now been completed. PMH has taken additional action to ensure that messaging, signage, and protective barriers are implemented whenever corrective work or refurbishment projects are being carried out, in keeping with standard operating procedures.
