After the heads of agreement signing for the redevelopment of the Grand Lucayan Resort a celebration as held at the Port Lucaya Marketplace.
During the festivities Prime Minister, the Hon. Philip Davis advised Grand Bahamians to stay ready. He said. “build, train, hire, collaborate, improve, prepare. Because I believe this island is turning the corner and when we do I want everyone who stayed through the struggle to be standing tall in the success. The future we are building is about Bahamians. It’s about local families being able to grow a business, send their children to school and build a life right here in Grand Bahama.”
