Leader of the Coalition Of Independents (COI), Lincoln Bain headlined an event carried live on social media on Sunday where he challenged the declaration of the Progressive Liberal Party’s Fort Charlotte candidate, Sebastian Bastian.
Bain accused Bastian of placing some his assets into a foundation to avoid having to disclose his interests in government contracts. He also threatened to take the matter to election court.
Bain told those in attendance on Sunday, “I want Sebas to know that my arms can reach the entire universe. We have all of you companies even your international companies. And so the foundation is where you hide because you don’t have to give account and then what you do is you get some people and put their name so you could hide. “
The COI Leader also protested Bastian’s nomination on Nomination Day by confronting officials for accepting it.
