Free National Movement candidate for Garden Hills, Rick Fox spoke with reporters outside of the Kendal G. L. Isaacs Gymnasium on Thursday about a viral video showing him involved in an altercation over tent placement with a representative of the Progressive Liberal Party.
Fox said, “the individual that was being belligerent and swearing and threatening people’s lives, threatened my campaign manager’s life, threatened my life was charged. Police officers pulled him away. So that context is not in that video, but I will tell you some people are used to at this time of year being bullies and we’re not standing for that. And if you’re gonna swear and threaten people’s lives and say that you’re going to your car to get something then I’m gonna react.”
